A space built with the local community in mind.
The WNS Community Clubhouse is an inclusive clubhouse facility for the local and surfing community of the Caloundra area.
And most of all it is the home base of the WindanSea Boardriders Club Inc.
The facility is available for hire for organisations, community groups, council and individuals whose businesses and offerings align with the core purpose of the clubhouse.
The Clubhouse is a shared community space, run by a volunteer management committee of representatives from the Windansea Surf Club and the wider surfing community.
We appreciate a respectful and ethical presence during its use.

The WindanSea clubhouse is a versatile, modern venue, built in 2023, that is set up and equipped for a vide range of events and purposes.
Wooden floors for a warm feeling all year round and large windows that flood the main hall with light make the Clubhouse a popular choice amongst local health and wellbeing businesses.
A large TV in the main hall and light-weight, yet comfortable folding chairs make it the perfect venue for trainings, presentations, and overall larger meetings. The boardroom features a large wooden table and is a perfect choice for a business meeting in a casual, yet professional environment.
A fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge allows for easy self-catering.

Main Hall
The main hall is a versatile, purpose-built space within the WindanSea Community Clubhouse, completed in 2023. The interior is bright and modern, with parquet flooring.
Featuring a large TV screen it's suited to larger meetings, presentations, events, and training workshops, as well as sporting and surfing competitions, health and wellbeing offerings, community activities, and select private events (no parties).
Max capacity: 100 pax
The Boardroom
A generous boardroom within the WindanSea Community Clubhouse, featuring a large wooden table, a whiteboard on wheels, as well as a smart TV and small lounge.
Ideal for committee and business meetings, small group sessions and training workshops.
Includes access to the facility kitchen and toilets as well as the main hall and private outdoors breakout space.
Max capacity: 8-10 pax
